Who We Are
NCBC is a programme initiative under APSTA, a New Zealand Incorporated Society dedicated to science, technology, and sustainable development cooperation across the Asia‑Pacific region.
NCBC focuses specifically on New Zealand–China cooperation and enterprise collaboration.
Governance & Compliance
NCBC operates under APSTA governance. Platform and programme functions are separated from commercial execution activities. Regulated and commercial services are delivered by qualified partner organisations.
